In the digital asset world, seed phrases, private keys and Keystore files are "the sole keys" to your wallet and assets. Whoever holds them gains full control of your account. Fnezx reminds every user of a fundamental bottom line: any person, any platform and any reason that seeks your seed phrase, private key or Keystore file, or asks you to send screenshots containing such information, is committing scam. Fnezx has never made such a request and never will.
Scammers frequently impersonate "official customer service", "technical support" and "risk control specialists". They falsely claim that an account is at risk, requires a security upgrade, needs assistance to recover assets or to raise withdrawal limits, and demand your seed phrase or Keystore under the pretext of helping. They may even induce you to send screenshots via messaging apps or email. Once the information is surrendered, they can import the wallet directly, alter bindings and withdraw all assets without needing your password. The process is irreversible and nobody can recover the funds.
Fnezx urges users to remember three "absolute NO" rules. Never enter a seed phrase, private key or Keystore file into any website or form. Never send such information through WeChat, QQ, Telegram, email or any messaging service in text, image or compressed formats. Never believe custodial offers for "delegated quantitative trading", "delegated top up to unlock functions" or "assistance to recover losses". The only safe approach is to write seed phrases and private keys by hand on paper, kept separately in secure locations, without photos, screenshots or cloud storage.
If a seed phrase has been entered on any third party page, or if a private key or Keystore has been shared with anyone, treat it as compromised. Immediately transfer all wallet assets to a newly created wallet whose seed phrase has never been exposed, then change the Fnezx login password and fund password and enable two factor authentication. In cases of suspected scams, contact verified Fnezx support at once and provide relevant records for investigation.
Fnezx reiterates that while the platform can improve security awareness and provide risk control tools, no technology can eliminate risks caused by voluntary disclosure of the key itself. Protecting a seed phrase, private key and Keystore is equivalent to protecting all assets in the digital world.
